Air-Tite Syringe

Different syringes are used for different purposes. These syringes are sized for different animals and consistency of medications.

• Felines and small puppies use the ⅝", 25 gauge, 3.0cc syringe.
• Canines and large felines use the 1" 22 gauge, 3.0cc syringe.
• The 21 gauge syringe can often be used as a medication syringe.
• Horses most often use 1½", 20 gauge, 10cc-12cc syringes or 1½" 20 gauge, 10cc-12cc syringe which is ordered in two parts below (syringe and needle separately).

As an added precaution, Leur Lock needle mounts are screwed onto the syringe, rather than pressure mounted, for a tight fit.
