Thermo- Pond Heater floats on top of the water and is thermostatically controlled to never get hot. Will never burn a pond liner or plastic pond. The heating element does not touch the water, so there is no build-up or crusting of the element.

Completely enclosed in ABS plastic with gas-exchange design. When temperatures exceed the ability of the unit to create ice-free space around the Thermo Pond, the unit itself facilitates gas exchange right through it.

Note: We recommend more than one Thermo Pond for ponds over 1000 gallons. Additionally, ponds with heavy fish load or heavy organic plant decay over winter will need more gas exchange than very clean ponds with minimal fish. Order more than one unit for larger, heavily fish loaded or heavily planted ponds.
